Terms & Conditions:
- Reservations require a $250 deposit which will be refunded after stay is completed and room is checked for damages and missing items. Please note, you will only be charged for your stay the day before you are due to arrive.
- Missing or damaged items will be charged to the cardholder for the full amount.
- Cancellations must be made within ten (10) days for a full deposit refund less three (3) percent.
- No pets unless previously consulted.
- No smoking inside the condo.
- Sublet: Renter shall not assign or sublet condo or allow any other person to occupy the rented premises without Owner's prior written consent.
- Renter shall not conduct on premises any activity deemed extra hazardous or requiring an increase in fire insurance premiums. In addition, Renter shall not conduct any activities and will use best efforts to ensure that his/her guests to not conduct any such activities that disturb or annoy Condo neighbors or others using the common area facilities.
- Maximum occupancy is that number of persons referenced in the booking form.
- The violation of any terms will result in extra charges.
- If no alternative payment has been sent we will charge you for your stay, on the same credit card used to make the deposit, on the first day of your vacation.
- Check in is at 2:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m.
